MISSION: To create an exclusive and engaging ACEC/PA environment where early-career engineering professionals develop leadership skills through targeted learning experiences and meaningful networking, fostering both personal growth and organizational impact. 

VISION: To empower the next generation of engineering leaders through exceptional access to learning, collaboration, and industry connection—driving innovation and advancing the profession across Pennsylvania. 

WHO CAN JOIN

FutureNOW is open to early-career engineers with 15 years or less of experience. If you're eager to grow your leadership abilities, expand your network, and gain insights from industry leaders, this is the program for you.
