Mission Statement
To oversee the administration of the ACEC/PA Eric J. Gennuso and Leroy D. (Bud) Loy, Jr. Scholarship Program including the scholarship application process, the judging of applicants to select scholarship recipients, the determination and publication of scholarship awards, and promotion of the program though outreach to colleges, ACEC/PA members, and the public.
