Human Resources Working Group

Mission Statement
The Human Resources Working Group will focus on soft side concerns and goals for member firms, offering best practices and solutions for human resource management, including benefits & compensation, recruiting, training & development, employment, and legal issues. Discussions and networking will be designed to benefit small firms without a full-time dedicated human resources staff and enhance the human resource practices for large firms.
