Presenting on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 will be PennDOT Engineering District 8-0 and District 9-0.

Joining us from District 8-0, will be Kevin Keefe, P.E., District Executive, as well as Richard Reisinger, ADE of Design, Mike Reeder, P.E., Principal Assistant Construction Executive and Ben Singer, Portfolio Manager.

Registration for regional meetings is $90 per person for members and $130 for non-members. Walk-ins will be charged $100 at the door for members. Cancellations prior to the RSVP date will be fully refunded minus a 3% processing fee. The registration fee includes a buffet lunch.

Kevin M. Keefe, P.E., District Executive, Engineering District 8-0, PennDOT

Kevin has worked for PennDOT for 33 years and has worked in District 8 since 2008. Kevin was named district executive in April 2024. Kevin directs a team of over 1100 employees in the eight county area in Southcentral PA and is involved in the design, construction, maintenance and operations of over 5,200 miles of roads and over 3,400 state-owned bridges. Prior to being named district executive, Kevin was the district’s assistant district executive of construction, construction services engineer, district structure control engineer and the assistant structure control engineer. 

Kevin’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Design/Construction Engineering Technology from Penn State – Harrisburg (’92) and an Associate Degree in Surveying Technology from Penn State – Wilkes-Barre Campus (’90).

Kevin currently resides outside of Duncannon, Pennsylvania and is a proud father of four boys. He has coached youth soccer, baseball, wrestling and football all in the Susquenita School District and has held several positions on various organizational boards for the youth within Susquenita.
