Event Details
Registration for regional meetings is $90 per person for members and $130 for non-members. Walk-ins will be charged $100 at the door for members. Cancellations prior to the RSVP date will be fully refunded minus a 3% processing fee. The registration fee includes a buffet lunch.
Our presenter on November 1 will be Brian McNulty, P.E., District Executive and accompanied by Tom McClelland, P.E. Assistant District Executive-Design, from PennDOT Engineering District 1-0.

Brian McNulty, P.E., was appointed District Executive for PennDOT District 1 in June 2020. There he leads a team of more than 800 employees in six counties who are dedicated to the maintenance, preservation and construction of nearly 4,000 miles of highway and over 2,000 bridges. Brian has been a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania since 2011.
Tom McClelland, P.E. has held various positions at PennDOT over the last 29 years working with external partners on transportation issues. Currently as Assistant District Executive for Design, Tom’s responsibility includes managing a team of 95 design professionals, consultants, and the region’s $100+ million dollar design program.
