Our presenter on February 7, 2025 will be Jason Zang, P.E., District Executive for PennDOT Engineering District 11-0.
Registration for regional meetings is $90 per person for members and $130 for non-members. Walk-ins will be charged $100 at the door for members. Cancellations prior to the RSVP date will be fully refunded minus a 3% processing fee. The registration fee includes a buffet lunch.

Jason Zang is the District Executive for PennDOT Engineering District 11-0. He began his career with PennDOT as a co-op student. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, he began his career as a consultant, but returned to PennDOT after 2 years, and has been with District 11 for 26 years. Jason has served in many positions throughout the District, most recently as the Structure Control Engineer, Allegheny County Maintenance Manager, and Assistant District Executive for Construction. He is a registered Professional Engineer in PA.
